Refunds:

Refunds within 7 days of purchase. Restocking fees may apply. Exchange or store credit may be issued if returned within 30 days. All merchandise for return or exchange must not be worn or altered and must be in original condition. Original receipt must be provided for any refund, exchange or store credit. No refunds on special orders, repairs, layaways or altered jewelry items. No refunds on sale items. Items left unclaimed or unpaid for than 120 days will become the sole property of Koulian Jewelers. 

Liability for any damage or loss of items shall be limited to actual cost to repair or replace the items. The store shall not be held responsible for the following: identification of condition of jewelry at the time of receipt; including but not limited to: Altered, treated or enhanced diamonds or colored stones, and/or pieces that are unmarked/marked incorrectly. Koulian is not responsible for items left beyond 120 days. Not responsible for the loss of stones due to worn prongs and settings when cleaning. Custom jewelry is non-refundable and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. all watch overhauls are guaranteed for 12 months. work done at customers risk. Customers jewelry can be accepted for repair, all work is to be done at the "customers risk"
